Youth Flag Football

What:	Youth Flag Football The flag football program is designed to teach passing, catching, agility, hand-eye coordination and teamwork. The program is non-contact with an emphasis on basic skill development, good sportsmanship and positive attitudes. Teams are divided by the following grade levels: Kindergarten & 1st grade, 2nd & 3rd grades, 4th & 5th grades. Teams are coached by volunteer parents or college students. Pre-School Age Flag Football The pre-school flag football program is designed to teach passing, catching, agility and hand-eye coordination. Participants will learn the basic concepts of football in a clinic format.
Who:	Boys and girls age 3 through 5th grade.
Where:	Practices and games will be held at Meadows Elementary School.
When:	Meet Your Coach Day Saturday, September 6, 2008. Practice Times and Game schedules available during this time! It is VERY important to come to this meeting. Practices are one evening per week for the youth program. Games are on Saturday mornings from September 13th-October 18th. Schedule will be finalized once registration is complete and the number of teams has been established. There will be a day to make up a game if we have to cancel due to weather (November 1, 2008). Picture Day will be September 20, 2008. Pre-school clinics will be held on Saturday mornings from September 13th-October 18th. Schedule will be available at registration. Make-up day due to bad weather will be November 1, 2008.

Registration Deadline: August 22, 2008.
We will not take any registrations after August 22, 2008.
