Membership Information
The Terre Haute Family Y offers a variety of membership categories and options to pay for your membership.
Please review the
options below to see what best serves your needs.
Memberships are considered ongoing until you cancel or dont make payment.
Renewal notices will be sent out to Three Month and Annual Members when their membership is up for renewal.
Category Definitions
Adult : Ages 19 +
Household : All members of the same household including full time college students up to 22 years old. Must have proof of legal residence.
Youth : Ages 12 and under
Teen : Ages 13-18
Senior Adult : Age 62 and over
Senior Household : Primary member is age 62 or over and includes spouse or anyone living in the same household.
Mission Member : A membership only to support operations of the Terre Haute Family Y. Mission Members receive catalogs,
newsletters and updates. For facilities and program privileges, additional membership is required. Qualifies
for a tax-deductible contribution.
* Full time college students receive a 15% discount on membership rates. Must provide proof of full time student status.
Pricing
Terre Haute Family Y memberships can be paid through an automatic bank draft from your checking or savings account, three
months at a time or one time annually.

Day Pass: $7.00 per person up to $21.00 for a family.
Your Terre Haute Family Y membership includes the following:
Access to the entire Terre Haute Family Y facility during normal operating hours including:
Gym, swimming pool, fitness center and locker rooms.
Participation in group exercise classes (land and water).
Reduced rates on fee based programs and classes.
YMCA AWAY program which enables you to access YMCAs throughout the country for a small or no fee while traveling
or on vacation (must be at least 50 miles away from Terre Haute).
Methods of Payment
Electronic Fund Transfer
An easy way to pay as you go! Your checking or savings account will be automatically debited on the 1st or 15th
of each month,
whichever you choose.
Three Month or Annual Payment
Dues may be paid in full upon joining and yearly thereafter or for three months upon joining and quarterly thereafter.
Refund Policy
Terre Haute Family Y membership and program fees are not refundable. Credit or refund will be issued if medical conditions
prevent you from participating in Y programs and activities. A medical release will be required in such cases. When registering for
programs please make sure the program schedule will work with your family schedule. We will provide as much information about
the structure and format of our programs to help you make an informed decision when registering for classes.
Financial Assistance
The Terre Haute Family Y welcomes all who wish to participate and annually raises scholarship funds to help individuals and
families in need. Please ask if our Financial Assistance program may serve you.
