Group Exercise Classes

Yoga

Traditionally a meditative workout focusing on breathing, Yoga has become one of the most efficient ways to gain strength and flexibility while calming the mind and relieving stress and anxiety in the joints. Join our instructors as they share their style of Yoga with you. PiYo is a Pliates/Yoga class designed to increase core strength, overall strength and flexibility, restore energy, improve balance, increase joint mobility and reduce stress and fatigue.

CardioXercise
This class may include, but is not limited to, step aerobics, traditional floor aerobics and/or kickboxing. It will get your heart rate up and raise your energy level. Improve your cardiovascular fitness by including a regular doe of heart pumping movement.

Body Sculpting
All of our strength training classes may utilize weights, exercise tubing and/or stability balls. The goals of these classes are to train all parts of the body while exercising to fun and motivating music.

This is one of the fastest ways to get in shape. Combine weights, great music and a motivating instructor and you’ve got it all. All levels welcome.

Body and Heart
This class is for you no matter who you are or what physical spare you are in. Body and Heart is a traditional approach to complete fitness. Get in shape and have fun while building cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance.

This class is designed for older adults. Exercise includes work for all major and minor muscle groups addressing strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, balance, coordination, agility, speed, and power.

Step Mix
Step Mix is a step aerobic class that incorporates intervals of body sculpting exercises. Hand weights, tubing and resistance balls may be used.
