Terre Haute Family Y's Facility View Larger Map Plan your child’s birthday party at the Terre Haute Family Y. We offer two types of birthday parties. The Pool Party includes one hour in the pool and one hour in a room. The cost is $110.00. This price includes 15 children/adults. A fee of $15.00 per hour will be charged for every 10 children/ adults over the original 15. Please schedule two weeks in advance. Pool Party Times: Friday, 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm Saturday, 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm Sunday, 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm The Gymnastics Party includes one instructor. An obstacle course will be set up and games for all ages will be available. The cost is $110.00 for 10 children. Facility Rentals Are you looking for a place to hold your next company party or family function? The Terre Haute Family Y can accommodate many of your rental needs, including anniversaries, graduation parties, wedding receptions or meetings. Following is a list of what is available and the cost: • Rooms $35.00/hour during business hours $75.00/ hour after business hours • Swimming Pool $100.00/hour after business hours • Hulman Gym $75.00/hour during business hours Gymnastics Gym $100.00/hour after business hours • Softball Field $75.00/hour and can only be rented during business hours. Security Deposits All rentals require a security deposit and a signed contract. Security deposits will be returned to the renter on the next business day if all rental requirements per the rental agreement have been met.
