The Terre Family Y offers two short-term child care options for members and guests throughout the day.

Child Watch
Child Watch is a drop-in babysitting service for children age 6 weeks through 10 years old. Parents must be in the Y building and children may stay in Child Watch no more than two hours at a time.

Time: Monday- Friday 8:30 am  to 1:00 pm & 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Cost: Up to two hours per day is included in your Terre Haute Family Y membership. Child may not stay more than four hours per day.

Stay n Play
Parents needing to drop their child off for up to 4 hours per day to run errands or attend class may do so with the Stay n Play option. Stay n Play is open to children 6 weeks through age 10. Parents must provide (when appropriate): diapers, formula and bottles, food and a change of clothes in case of an accident (all items must be labeled with childs name). 24 hour advance notice is required to secure a spot in Stay n Play.

Time: Monday- Friday 8:30 am  to 1:00 pm & 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm 
Cost: $3.00 per hour up to four hours.

You can purchase a punch card for $25.00 (10 hours) or pay after you pick up your child. 24 hour notice is required to reserve your childs spot in Stay n Play.
